- Package Circa $92k.
Wesley Vocational Institute, the Registered Training Organisation of Wesley Mission, has been successfully delivering accredited and non accredited training for 15 years. With established offices in Lismore, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Sydney and Wollongong / ACT and strong partnerships interstate Wesley Vocational Institute is seeking to employ two full time Regional Managers to support the growth of the business.
One role will support operations from the Hunter to Northern NSW, while the second role will support Sydney and Southern NSW.
To be succeed in this role you must have extensive management experience in the education and training sector, excellent communication skills, demonstrated business acumen and the ability to inspire and motivate your team to meet organisational and financial targets.
You will have a reputation for empowering your teams, delivering quality outcomes and managing complex situations effectively. You will be highly respected by your customers for under selling and over delivering and your passion and “can do” attitude will be contagious.

Essential:
- Great MS Office computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated experience providing great customer service
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated Business Acumen and Business Development skills.
- Demonstrated Management experience within an education or training environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of issues surrounding the establishment, design and coordination of accredited training compliant with the AQTF.
- Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving financial and organisational targets in a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership which empowers your team to succeed.
Desirable:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications.
- Experience within both public and private education organisations.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
