<p>We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated MARCOMS Officer to provide marketing and administrative support to the National Operations Team. Instrumental in this role is sourcing and distributing promotional merchandise, developing design work (posters, flyers, presentations), updating the website, and supporting volunteer activities.</p>
<p>This is an ideal role for a switched-on and proactive Marketing/Communications graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience, interested in starting or continuing a career in the not-for-profit sector.</p>

<li>Collate internal merchandise orders twice yearly and order merchandise from approved suppliers, and distribute internally.</li>

<li>Develop promotional design work (flyers, templates, posters, presentations).</li>
<li>Monitor and update the website, adding and removing content as necessary.</li>
<li>Provide support to the coordination of volunteer days.</li>
<li>Assist the Business Development Manager with fundraising initiatives, and promotional events.</li>
</ul>
<p>Selection criteria: candidates should have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant tertiary qualification (marketing, communications, business), coupled with a minimum of 2 years experience in marketing/communications.</li>
<li>Experience in the use of website content management systems to be able to proactively identify when things need to be updated or removed.</li>
<li>Excellent written and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate instructions.</li>
<li>Demonstrated time management skills, highly organised and ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously and as a productive member of the team.</li>

<p>Queensland Voice has a new position available for a motivated, customer focused and friendly Administration/Project Worker who is flexible and adaptable.</p>
<p>This position will provide administrative support, member contact, data entry and organisational information and resources within a small team environment. Your primary task will be to contact members and other stakeholders to gather and enter information into our database and research and develop organisational information and resources.  You will also perform reception and basic administration duties from time to time.</p>

<p>IPA is working with this recognised local employer to find the right person to join their expanding team in this challenging and specific role. Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, the major focus of the role is to provide support and assistance to clients who are experiencing tenancy issues.</p>
<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities in this role will include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provision of advice, information and advocacy both by telephone and in person as required</li>
<li>Assist clients in the preparation of legal documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008</li>
<li>Assessment of client needs and arrange appropriate advice, support or referral as required</li>
<li>Establish and maintain links with other public and private organisations and peak bodies</li>
<li>Develop and deliver community education programs and workshops</li>
<li>Undertake specific training as required to provide TAASQ services</li>
<li>Maintain all records and reports in accordance with organisational and statutory requirements</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>In order to be considered for this role you will need to clearly demonstrate the following:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Significant experience in providing high quality client support</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>

<p>Due to internal promotions, we currently have X2 opportunities to join our Corporate Partnerships team as Partnership Managers. As an experienced relationship manager, you will develop, establish and indentify new markets, engage prospective clients, manage existing partnerships and create sustainable relationships to support Mission Australia&#8217;s community programs.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will be a creative and innovative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is your opportunity to make a difference, and share the life changing initiatives we do in the community while generating, growing and sustaining financial and in-kind support from Corporate Partnerships, including corporate trusts and foundations. <strong> </strong></p>
<p>Ideally you will bring to the role established networks; an excellent track record in business development and achieving income targets; and significant relationship management experience. A flair for presentations and tertiary qualifications in marketing, sales, business, philanthropy or corporate responsibility will see you succeed!</p>
