Increasingly there are opportunities for  fundraising or brand awareness activities as single national event,  requiring national coordination and leadership.</p>
<p>The position will be based in the Sydney CBD and will grow upon recent successful fundraising and awareness initiatives. The successful candidate will have some fundraising or event management experience, and will have an understanding of the NFP sector, but our client would consider someone from corporate sector.</p>

<p>ANGLICARE seeks to address emotional, social, spiritual and physical needs within the community with a vision of “Lives changing and communities growing by care through Jesus Christ”. Our disaster recovery works in partnership with the Anglican community across NSW to offer assistance in caring for individuals and communities affected by major emergencies, including; bush fires, floods, storms, drought and unexpected high-impact incidents; with has 1,500 volunteers trained throughout the diocese.    </p>
<p>In this role you will work lead and co-ordinate teams of trained volunteers across the Sydney diocese in preparation for disaster recovery management, you will deliver and develop training to all regional volunteer leaders and represent ANGLICARE at government level on matters relating to disaster recovery. Working closely with the Anglican parishes across the state you will maintain and further develop the relationships to enhance and build disaster recovery volunteers.</p>
<p><strong>SELECTION CRITERIA </strong><strong><br />
</strong>It is essential that you have strong skills managing the logistics of regional teams, have excellent communications skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and train volunteers and be able to portray the vision and mission of ANGLICARE in the diocese of Sydney. You will need to be willing to travel around NSW, have excellent networking and relationship building skills and have a valid driving licence.  Ideally, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in a similar role.    </p>

<p>Based in our National Office, reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you will work within a team of 10 looking after 3,200+ employees nationally. The role is mainly a processing function for a fortnightly pay, including new starters, terminations and ad-hoc duties as required.</p>
<p>You will have had previous payroll experience and a working knowledge of Chris 5 and/or 21 as a minimum. You will need to be a strong communicator both written and oral, and work well autonomously and also within a team environment.</p>

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a suitably experienced fundraising Manager to join the National office team in Canberra.  This position is responsible for maximising fundraising revenue to ICV from individual, philanthropic and corporate donors. As a senior role, the Fundraising Manager will be comfortable with dealing with donors at all levels.  The successful applicant will demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>Implement ICV’s 5 year Fundraising Strategy to ensure that ICV engages with relevant external stakeholders and suppliers and continues to grow its revenue potential.</li>
<li>Supervising and supporting ICV’s Fundraising team to ensure the effective initiation, design, implementation and achievement of ICV’s fundraising strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Develop tactics, systems and processes that will ensure the successful implementation of the ICV fundraising strategy.</li>
<li>Develop and manage the Fundraising budget to ensure income and expenditure are managed appropriately and targets are met.</li>
