Exciting newly created role in a Not-For-Profit Charity seeking a Sponsorship Manager to perform a wide range of tasks and manage key projects, reporting the CEO.

The position will involve a combination of Event Management, Project Management and Administrative duties; our client has a national office and is working with various state-based associations. Increasingly there are opportunities for  fundraising or brand awareness activities as single national event,  requiring national coordination and leadership.

The position will be based in the Sydney CBD and will grow upon recent successful fundraising and awareness initiatives. The successful candidate will have some fundraising or event management experience, and will have an understanding of the NFP sector, but our client would consider someone from corporate sector.

The successful candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking, be well organised, flexible and used to dealing with a range of key stakeholders.

As the Accounts and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to people throughout the organisation. Specific functions include accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, donations accounting, building facilities administration and general administrative support to staff. The role is a full time position.

The Accounts and Administration Officer will show demonstrated experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable for a medium sized business, and demonstrated experience in the use of MS Dynamics Great Plains finance system.The position will also administer an outsourced payroll process and coordinate building facilities administration.

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a suitably experienced fundraising Manager to join the National office team in Canberra.  This position is responsible for maximising fundraising revenue to ICV from individual, philanthropic and corporate donors. As a senior role, the Fundraising Manager will be comfortable with dealing with donors at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Implement ICV’s 5 year Fundraising Strategy to ensure that ICV engages with relevant external stakeholders and suppliers and continues to grow its revenue potential.
• Supervising and supporting ICV’s Fundraising team to ensure the effective initiation, design, implementation and achievement of ICV’s fundraising strategic objectives.
• Develop tactics, systems and processes that will ensure the successful implementation of the ICV fundraising strategy.
• Develop and manage the Fundraising budget to ensure income and expenditure are managed appropriately and targets are met.
