<p>TEWLS is looking for a new Managing Solicitor to manage our dynamic team. This exciting role involves overall management and direction setting for the Service. Our client base includes Indigenous women, women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and women in prison. If you are an experienced solicitor with energy, passion and a commitment to women’s issues this is the role for you. </p>

<p>This newly created role requires an energetic and committed person to support and resource the project activities of the Centre’s National Responsible Business Practice (RBP) team. The Resource Officer may also be the first point of contact for client/stakeholder enquiries.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<p>Support and resource the project responsibilities of the General Manager, the CRI Manager, the GBR Project Manager, the GRI Network Manager and the UNGC Network Manager through:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Database management:</strong> Update and manage the stakeholder databases/CRM for RBP.</li>
<li><strong>Event management:</strong> Assist in the preparation and marketing of RBP events.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder relationship management:</strong> Manage stakeholder phone and email inquiries and event registrations.</li>
<li><strong>Website management:</strong> Keep the HUB, CRI, GBR websites current, report on hits to each site including the management of new members’ details, follow up lapsed users as required, and manage general enquiries.</li>
<li><strong>Marketing support: </strong>provide marketing assistance for communications, workshops and events including online and print invitations, mailouts, newsletters, stakeholder communications as directed, quotes for services etc.</li>
<li><strong>Administration support:</strong> Assist the RBP team with administrative tasks including preparation of reports, sponsorship or partnership proposals, general team administration, diary management, budget administration, invoicing and expense coding, travel and accommodation bookings.</li>
<li><strong>Project knowledge:</strong> Develop a thorough understanding of the RBP key initiatives (Eg UNGC, GRI, CRI, SMEs) in order to provide information to initial inquiries and to assist in the project goals.</li>

<p>As the Accounts and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to people throughout the organisation. Specific functions include accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, donations accounting, building facilities administration and general administrative support to staff. The role is a full time position.</p>
<p>The Accounts and Administration Officer will show demonstrated experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable for a medium sized business, and demonstrated experience in the use of MS Dynamics Great Plains finance system.The position will also administer an outsourced payroll process and coordinate building facilities administration.</p>

Our disaster recovery works in partnership with the Anglican community across NSW to offer assistance in caring for individuals and communities affected by major emergencies, including; bush fires, floods, storms, drought and unexpected high-impact incidents; with has 1,500 volunteers trained throughout the diocese.    </p>
<p>In this role you will work lead and co-ordinate teams of trained volunteers across the Sydney diocese in preparation for disaster recovery management, you will deliver and develop training to all regional volunteer leaders and represent ANGLICARE at government level on matters relating to disaster recovery. Working closely with the Anglican parishes across the state you will maintain and further develop the relationships to enhance and build disaster recovery volunteers.</p>
<p><strong>SELECTION CRITERIA </strong><strong><br />
</strong>It is essential that you have strong skills managing the logistics of regional teams, have excellent communications skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and train volunteers and be able to portray the vision and mission of ANGLICARE in the diocese of Sydney. You will need to be willing to travel around NSW, have excellent networking and relationship building skills and have a valid driving licence.  Ideally, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in a similar role.    </p>
